Supply Chain Planning Lead Region/Country United Kingdom | State/Province/County Buckinghamshire | City Aylesbury Product Line Lead Planning The Supply Chain Planning Lead role requires a senior IT and product leader with deep expertise in SAP-based planning ecosystems (S/4HANA, IBP, APO, PP/DS, ECC) and strong knowledge of end-to-end demand and supply planning processes in CPG or chemical environments. Key technologies include SAP IBP, APO (SNP, DP, gATP), S/4 PP/DS, MM, EWM, TM, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, and modern cloud-based application delivery. The role combines portfolio-level product strategy, agile product ownership (epics, user stories, backlog governance, definition of ready/done), ERP data structures, master data, integrations, and solution design, with leadership across global, cross-functional teams. Critical capabilities include translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, managing complex global implementations, shaping technology roadmaps, driving agile delivery, and optimizing planning processes through strong governance, stakeholder management, and value-case development. Responsibilities Define the WHAT and WHY of the product line strategy and portfolio roadmap by establishing a cohesive, multi-product vision that maximizes value and aligns to enterprise priorities.
