This role has overall accountability for the business case and project development, project timeline and holding cross-functional team members accountable for action completion. Identifies interdependencies and ensures the project team balances and understands the impact of cross-functional decisions. Ensures that all key milestones are met and that potential issues are elevated to the appropriate levels and stakeholders for resolution.
