PHP Backend Developer Limassol, Lemesos, Cyprus Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement. We are looking for an experienced backend developer who will join our team of a highload (200k RPS) project in Limassol office. Job Responsibilities - Development and support of business tasks; - Work on infrastructure tasks; - Profiling and optimizing solutions; - Unit and API code coverage with tests; - Search for scaling solutions. You'll thrive here if you have - At least 5 years of experience in PHP/Go development (the current version of PHP in the project is 8.2); - Proficient in PHP and MySQL; - REST API - design and implementation; - Unit and functional tests - understanding why they are needed, the ability and desire to write them; - Debugging, profiling, optimization of PHP/Go code - practical experience; - Sharding, replication - understanding the principles, pros and cons. - Data structures - to be able to choose the right one for solving a specific task. Qualification that can be a plus: - Experience with Elasticsearch, Redis, microservices, Golang.
