Job Responsibilities - Build & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy full-scale AI-powered solutions and complex workflow automations - Innovate: Apply agentic development practices and use cutting-edge patterns to develop architecture, PoCs, and integration roadmaps. - Optimize & Improve: Enhance existing AI services, workflows, documentation, and advanced prompt templates to maximize quality and safety. - Evaluate: Develop evaluation frameworks to test AI model responses, maintaining stable performance and efficiency. - Collaborate: Partner closely with engineering teams and Product/Process Owners to refine requirements and align technical implementation with real business value. You'll thrive here if you have - Strong Agentic Engineering skills and a solid foundation in workflow automation. - Proficiency in Python and TypeScript , with hands-on experience implementing LLMs. - Direct experience building services using RAG, vector stores, multimodal LLMs, and agent orchestration patterns . - Solid system design knowledge and the ability to solve complex, real-world business problems. - Strong skills in Generative AI Prompt Engineering (understanding capabilities, limitations, and settings of different LLM providers). - Experience writing and maintaining e2e tests/specs ( Docker and Kubernetes/OKD experience is a plus ) Conditions We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what
