The Team Biology at MaverickX is where molecular design becomes an industrial impact. Our team engineers microbes, designs novel proteins, and builds genetic systems that power everything from critical mineral extraction to next-generation chemical production. We work across protein engineering, synthetic biology, and high-throughput screening to create biological tools that operate in extreme environments and at field scale. Then we do the hard part: producing at industrial scale in our 40,000L reactors. If you want to design molecules that reshape energy and mining, this is where it happens. The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented lab technician to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of our experienced biologists, you will gain hands-on experience and develop skills in protein research, genetic engineering, bioproduction, and scale-up. The technician will contribute to ongoing projects, conduct experiments as specified, and assist in protein research activities.
