In this role, you will provide hands-on technical sales support to federal customers and partners, architect solutions that meet the unique requirements of classified and mission-critical environments, and drive the retention and growth of Mattermost's federal revenue base. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of technical expertise and strategic sales. You will partner closely with Federal Account Executives to advance opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and ensure Mattermost remains the platform of choice for secure collaboration across Defense and Intelligence organizations.
