This role will be hands-on, contributing to enhancements, integration, and application support across Salesforce Service Cloud and related platforms. The ideal candidate combines solid technical expertise with a practical, solution-oriented mindset and enjoys collaborating with global teams. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development & Configuration Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Service Cloud capabilities. Build high-quality custom functionality using Apex (classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows, following platform best practices and coding standards. Configure and customize Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to support complex service processes.
