Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise to lead our development team, design and automate solutions, implement predictive intelligence and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining architecture, designing data models, delivering scalable solutions, and guiding developers while working closely with clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities: Lead a team of ServiceNow specialists on development projects and BAU activities. Design and develop workflows to expand automation, implement integrations and solve technical Debts. Provide technical coaching and mentoring to junior developers. Translate client requirements into workable solutions, including creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.
