The Team: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Workplace Occupancy Planner to join our Space Planning team within Global Operations. This role will play a key part in supporting workplace planning initiatives across our El Segundo campus, including large-scale employee relocations tied to newly renovated buildings and workspaces, ongoing occupancy management, and future workplace projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can successfully balance operational execution with a high level of customer service. This individual must bring strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills, a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage complex workplace requests with professionalism and sound judgment.
