Job Description: Evaluate fabric aesthetics, manufacturability, and suitability for costume applications based on Design Team requirements. Recommend fabrics that meet aesthetic, quality, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and cost requirements. Collaborate with vendors regarding fabric development and specifications to ensure alignment with project needs. Provide technical fabric information and recommendations to the Design Team. Review and approve fabrics and trims for production. Coordinate fabric-related activities during preliminary, pre-costing, development, and production stages. Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and overseas stakeholders. Conduct onsite approvals at factories to ensure product quality and production schedule adherence. Qualifications: Graduated from textile technology or equivalent 2 years experience or formal training in textile technology or garment manufacturing Familiar with the process of textile manufacturing Sensitivity to aesthetic issues of fashion design Good communication skills in written and spoken English General computer skills - Excel/Word Willing to be located in Cikarang.
