Job Description: The Opportunity: Global Indirect Procurement at Mattel is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive sourcing execution and category management activities across assigned indirect spend categories. Depending on business needs, the role may support one or more categories of areas, including Commercial, Technology, People, or Operations. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will partner closely with business stakeholders across North America (U.S. and Canada), while supporting regional and global procurement strategies and initiatives. This role will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, compliance, and value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, category management, and supplier relationship management. This position will be based at Mattel Headquarters in El Segundo or at another Mattel office location, as determined by business needs.
