Job Description: The Team: The Hot Wheels Remote Control (HW RC) PDE Team Through dedicated efforts and strong collaboration with both internal and external partners over the past five years, the HW RC product line has evolved into one of the fastest-growing segments within the Hot Wheels brand and across Mattel. The HW RC Product Development Engineering (PDE) team leads Remote Control projects for key brands, including Hot Wheels, Barbie, and other Portfolio categories. Working closely with partners, the team transforms product concepts into well-defined, market-ready products. This involves comprehensive project management, addressing technical challenges throughout development and production, and ensuring excellence in Quality, Cost, and Schedule execution.
