Job Description: The Opportunity: As the Sales Coordinator, your role is to maximize the customer's (retailers) in-stock position via prompt order processing, generation of reports and accurate maintenance of data systems in line with the requirements of the Australian and New Zealand Account Team, and provide high standard of service to all customers. What Your Impact Will Be: 1. Order Processing Ensure all orders are processed, released and supplied in full and on time, in accordance with customer trading terms and delivery requirements. Process all sales orders within a 12-hour turnaround period. Maintain a system to manage customer back orders to ensure that the order is supplied in full once stock has become available. Monitor product codes, pricing, quantities and delivery windows to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of orders and to minimize return/credit claims.
