Job Description: Mattel is seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Product Owner to lead and define requirements for transformation initiatives in our toy manufacturing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our Oracle-based supply chain solutions drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation. This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions-particularly in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and other supply chain modules-aligned with Mattel's strategic vision.
