This senior position is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of Mattel's global network environment, including wired, wireless, load balancing, and WAN services. The role includes 24x5 weekend on-call support (rotational) and requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional who can mentor junior team members and handle complex network issues. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Switches , Routers , and core network infrastructure. Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise WiFi solutions, including wireless controllers, access points, RF optimization, and troubleshooting complex coverage/performance issues. Manage F5 BIG-IP load balancers - configuration, traffic management, SSL offloading, iRules, and advanced features (LTM, GTM, AFM). Handle end-to-end Circuit management - provisioning, optimization, troubleshooting, and coordination with global carriers for MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, and Point-to-Point links. Oversee structured Cabling projects (Copper & Fiber) and physical network infrastructure upgrades. Perform Network Data analysis, capacity planning, traffic monitoring, and performance reporting using advanced tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, NetFlow, Wireshark, etc.).
