Job Description: The HR Employee Services Analyst LATAM provides operational support and direct employee service across Mexico and other Latin American countries. The role aims to ensure a positive employee experience through benefits administration, vendor coordination, and support in informative engagement initiatives. The analyst works closely with local and regional teams. Tools such as Oracle, Coupa, and Workday are used to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Mattel's global standards. What Your Impact Will Be Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with external HR service providers, ensuring timely PO creation, invoice tracking, contract compliance, accurals control and service quality. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including tracking employee enrollment and removal from insurance policies and other benefits across Mexico, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia. Provide direct support to employees, addressing inquiries related to benefits, internal processes, and HR policies.
