Job Description: The Opportunity: We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Finance Manage r to join our team. This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded finance professional who can enhance operational excellence while delivering actionable insights to support business performance. Partnering closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders, you will help improve processes, strengthen reporting, and provide financial analysis that supports better commercial decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What Your Impact Will Be: Trade Spend: Track budgets, lead forecasts, and develop dashboards for customer benefits Profitability Analysis: Support decision-making with promotional deal analysis, customer P&L insights, mix/margin drivers and SKU analysis P&L Analysis: Analyze key drivers of Actual vs Forecast, including sales, margin and operating income Business Planning: Lead the annual and quarterly forecasting, including alignment across
