Senior Project Manager - Construction LOUISVILLE, KY, US; NEW ALBANY, IN, US Overview William Charles Construction, a MasTec Company, is hiring for a Senior Project Manager for new work in New Albany, IN! The Senior Project Manager is a leadership position and will manage the financial and business aspects of William Charles Construction Infrastructure group. This position provides leadership and responsibility for both technical and administrative positions that will involve short and long term planning. Responsible for establishing and managing the business units' goals and objectives. The Senior Project Manager will have the lead role to interface with assigned Construction Project Leaders and for all aspects of the projects from initial budgeting, planning and development. Utilization of the Construction Department policies and procedures and Project Controls requirements to plan, organize, monitor, control and report status progress. The Senior Project Manager is directly responsible for the financial P&L within the department's operations. This role will be based in New Albany, onsite, with the needed ability to travel to projects as needed.
