Our interdisciplinary team of technical experts enables customized technical solutions and accelerates value creation through alignment of business goals with technology implementation. The role of the Operations and Strategy Consultant is focused on realignment of business processes into a unified digital strategy with senior-level stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will understand complex processes and develop integrated systems that span everything from people to equipment. This role involves core consulting skills such as understanding the current business and future goals, developing a strategic roadmap that will facilitate future business objectives, and reduce operational inefficiencies. Responsibilities:• The primary responsibility of the Operations and Strategy Consultant is to engage business stakeholders in Marubeni Group Companies, meticulously document current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and "shadow processes.".• Interface with Digital Innovation Team members to explain as-is processes and to develop to-be strategy• Working from the current and future business objectives, define a transformation strategy and roadmap to drive lasting, sustainable business value• Define and communicate compelling business cases for the proposed transformation• Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.• Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
