Role Overview Mariana Minerals is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Electrical Engineer to support the design and implementation of power systems that enable the build-out of critical mineral infrastructure vital to the global energy transition. In this role, you will lead and contribute to the development of high, medium, and low voltage electrical distribution systems for first-of-its-kind chemical refining processes. Your work will span the full project lifecycle-from conceptual studies to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and energization. You will also be responsible for system modeling and analysis, ensuring that power systems are robust, reliable, and compliant with applicable standards. What You'll Do - Design and develop power distribution systems across high, medium , and low voltage networks for industrial infrastructure projects. - Produce and review single-line diagrams (SLDs), panel schedules, wiring diagrams, grounding plans, conduit/cable schedules, and equipment specifications. - Perform power system studies including: - Load flow and voltage drop analysis - Short circuit analysis - Arc flash hazard assessment - Protective device coordination - Select and specify electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, motor control centers
