Role Overview Mariana Minerals is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead critical technical initiatives in building the next-generation critical minerals supply chain to support the world's energy transition. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Mariana Minerals, you will architect, lead, and deliver software systems that accelerate the engineering and construction of physical infrastructure critical to building the minerals supply chain. You will drive technical strategy, mentor team members, and own end-to-end delivery of complex systems. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust integrations with existing engineering and construction software tools, architecting scalable solutions to address pain points identified by Mariana's internal teams, leading cross-functional collaboration with ML engineers to integrate LLMs for unstructured data challenges, and spearheading the development of a new "operating system" for the engineering, construction, and operation of Mariana's mineral processing facilities.
