We're reimagining the minerals supply chain by combining deep industry expertise with advanced software, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The Role We are hiring a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support and scale our hiring operations across technical and business roles. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while enabling our recruiters and hiring managers to operate efficiently. You'll own scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications, while helping improve recruiting processes and systems. This is a high-impact role with exposure across the company and an opportunity to help build recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. What You'll Do - Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones - Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process - Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview workflows - Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS - Assist with job postings and role updates across platforms - Support offer coordination and onboarding logistics - Help track recruiting metrics and pipeline health - Identify and implement process improvements in recruiting operations - Ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience Desired Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or similar operations role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written
