Join us as we build the future of responsible mineral sourcing and supply. Summary The Reverse Circulation (RC) Driller operates RC drilling rigs to support mineral exploration and mining programs. The role focuses on safe, efficient drilling operations, highquality sample recovery, equipment care, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in often remote work environments. Responsibilities - Safely operate Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling rigs in accordance with site procedures, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements - Conduct thorough pre-start inspections of drill rigs, compressors, boosters, rods, hammers, and support equipment - Perform routine servicing, lubrication, and basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime - Accurately collar holes and maintain correct drilling angles, depths, and alignment per drilling plans - Monitor and adjust drilling parameters such as air pressure, rotation speed, bit wear, and penetration rate to optimize productivity and sample quality - Ensure
