Position Summary The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. The Scheduler supports project planning, progress measurement, forecasting, and schedule risk analysis to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software. - Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, execution strategy, and milestones. - Monitor project progress and update schedules based on field data and contractor inputs. - Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities. - Support planning workshops, look-ahead schedules, and turnaround/shutdown planning activities. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. - Prepare schedule performance reports, KPIs, and executive-level presentations. - Analyze schedule variances
