What to Expect As a Construction Project Manager at Mariana Minerals, you will play a critical role in new facility buildout, capacity upgrades, and infrastructure delivery for one of the most ambitious companies in the critical minerals sector. You will manage general contractors and subcontractors across multiple trades to install pilot plants and collaborate cross-functionally with construction engineering, design, facilities, commissioning, and production as facilities transition to full operations. Working from both the field and the office, you will own budgets and schedules end-to-end - and help us build the software-driven project systems that make future builds faster and smarter.
