The Role: The Senior Radar/DSP Firmware Engineer will play a key role in developing advanced RF sensing capabilities for Mach's autonomous defense platforms. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing radar software across the full development lifecycle; from algorithm prototyping to embedded deployment. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance, low-latency radar systems that meet mission-critical requirements. Success in this role requires strong technical execution, adaptability, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and implement radar software for RF sensing technologies ensuring high performance and reliability. - Build next generation counter UAV systems through hands on application of radar defense systems to defend human lives, critical infrastructure, and high value assets for the United States and its allies
