We are dedicated to solving the next generation of warfare with lethal systems that deter kinetic conflict and protect global security. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop avionics mounting architectures, including shock and vibration isolation, structural load paths, serviceability, and connector access. - Own avionics enclosure and electronics packaging design with a strong emphasis on practical EMI/EMC mitigation techniques such as grounding/bonding strategies, shielding effectiveness, cable entry management, conductive gasketing, filtered connectors, and enclosure seam design. - Design and release wire harnesses, including routing, connector selection, strain relief, bend-radius compliance, abrasion protection, shielding termination, grounding schemes, and maintainability. - Support avionics thermal integration by developing conductive and convective heat rejection paths, component-level thermal budgets, and validating performance through testing. - Develop and execute environmental qualification testing for integrated avionics assemblies, including vibration, shock, thermal cycling, ingress protection, and support for EMI/EMC testing. - Work cross-functionally with electrical, firmware, systems, manufacturing, and
