You will be employed by Lyra Clinical Associates. About the Role: Lyra has an exciting opportunity that blends an average of 20 hours of in-person client care per week with the remaining time dedicated to facilitating employee training and clinical consultations related to mental health care. Daily: As an onsite therapist, you'll provide short-term, in-person, evidence-based treatment supporting clients in the healthcare industry. You'll also assist with manager and clinical consultation requests and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes. Regularly: In collaboration with Lyra and the employer, you'll develop and deliver onsite training to employees.
