Our work is meaningful, fast-moving, and high-impact. We're looking for a driven, proactive, and curious Account Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. You'll manage and grow a portfolio of key healthcare partners, serve as a trusted advisor, and play a central role in expanding Lyft's footprint in one of the most important sectors we serve. Responsibilities: - Own relationships across a portfolio of strategic healthcare partners and Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor - Drive quarterly revenue goals by expanding existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities within identified segments - Partner with engineering and product teams to guide technical integrations, ensuring partners are set up for success and fully leveraging Lyft's API platform capabilities - Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business, goals, and challenges - using data to uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvement - Build expertise in healthcare transportation to anticipate partner needs and add strategic value beyond day-to-day account management - Collaborate
