The Senior HV Battery Technician is a hands-on technical expert responsible for the advanced assembly, testing, diagnostics, and field support of high-voltage (HV) battery systems. This role spans prototype build, validation, and field issue resolution, requiring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Lead assembly and teardown of HV battery modules and packs, including cell integration, busbar and coolant systems, enclosure sealing, and diagnostic inspection. - Support validation and lifecycle tests, operating automation systems, CAN-based tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment. - Analyze test data, troubleshoot complex
