Position Title : Senior Product Manager, Commissions & Payouts Location: US-Remote About the role The Commissions & Payouts team ensures every Creator is paid accurately, transparently, and on time - powering the trust that fuels the Creator economy. As a Senior Product Manager on this team, you will own the strategy and delivery of our Creator Payout Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across the financial systems that support Creator earnings. You will partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Data to evolve our payment infrastructure and deliver automation and insight at scale. You are comfortable navigating both the technical complexity of a financial backend system and the strategic impact of payout policy, compliance, and user experience. You will define and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and global scalability of our payments ecosystem.
