Our team brings subject matter expertise from companies like Uber, Google, Flexport, Meta, Samsara, Intuit, Rakuten, and long-standing industry leaders like C.H. Robinson. About the Role Loop is building an AI ops team that will own key automation and intelligence systems as Loop builds and scales them across its customer base. We are disrupting traditional operations with AI powered workflows that create 100X leverage for users, turning operators into analysts. Responsibilities include close partnership with engineering and product teams, internal roll-out of new systems and products, and driving adoption across Loop's user base. This role requires a deep understanding of our systems and their users (internal and external), the ability to translate complex technical work to everyday users, and ruthless problem solving.
