As a Marketing Programs Specialist, you will support Locus Robotics' growth by executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand and pipeline. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and broader GTM teams, you will coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution across channels. You'll leverage data, insights, and emerging AI tools to optimize performance and scale program impact. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer looking to build expertise in demand generation and campaign execution within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. This hybrid role is based in our Wilmington, MA office, with a requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Only local candidates will be considered. The role also includes up to 10% travel.
