Senior / Lead Technical Recruiter San Francisco, CA USA Your Impact at LILA Lila is building at the frontier of AI-driven science, and the quality of our team is the most important variable in our success. As a Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for our engineering and AI/ML research roles, building the pipelines and relationships that bring exceptional technical talent to Lila. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to maintain a high bar across our most critical technical disciplines. The right person is deeply curious about highly technical fields, well-networked in engineering and AI/ML talent communities, and committed to delivering a rigorous, high-touch candidate experience. You operate with strong ownership and are motivated by the craft of finding and closing exceptional people.
