Lessen, LLC is a venture-backed, privately held company with offices in Scottsdale and Chicago. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions with a strong focus on revenue recognition, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role will serve as a hands-on contributor responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable operating both strategically and tactically, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support the evolving needs of the accounting team.
