What Drives Success Under direct supervision, the Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for assembling mechanical units or fabricated parts to create sub-assemblies or complete units. This role involves routine and repetitive assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:**- Use various hand and power tools and operate equipment such as jigs, dies, fixtures, templates, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses.- Cut, file, fit, punch, ream, rivet, form, and/or assemble components.- Obtain raw materials, load, and operate equipment to produce finished products.- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
