What Drives Success The Demand Planner - Factory Service Parts is responsible for driving performance, efficiency, and strategic growth in our parts business. This role oversees PIPO (Phase In/Phase Out) processes, inventory management, and demand planning to ensure we meet customer demand while optimizing resources. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, deep technical knowledge of parts management, and the ability to lead initiatives that improve the customer experience and strengthen our market position. Key Responsibilities Forecasting & Planning Develop and maintain statistical forecasts for service parts using advanced statistical models).
