About this role
General Manager, Home Loans Charlotte, NC, United States; Denver, Colorado, United States; Seattle, Washington, United States *This role requires a hybrid schedule in either our Charlotte, Seattle, or Denver offices; Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote. THE POSITION The General Manager, Home Loans at LendingTree is responsible for leading the Home Loans vertical, with full ownership of business performance and P&L. This role is part of a broader team of General Managers supporting LendingTree's Home and Consumer businesses. This person will operate in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Sales, and Finance to drive growth. The GM sets the strategic direction for the business, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures a strong consumer-first approach across all initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Own and drive the business strategy and full P&L for the Home Loans vertical Set priorities and execute against a clear roadmap of high-impact initiatives Partner cross-functionally to develop product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies Leverage data to inform decisions, with a strong grasp of unit economics, lender performance, and consumer trends Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and accountability for results Manage near-term performance while building toward long-term growth goals Clearly communicate business performance, priorities, and future roadmap to stakeholders Serve as a subject matter expert in the home lending space; build external relationships to inform strategy and drive growth Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, make ROI-driven trade-offs, and take calculated risks Champion a consumer-first mindset and continuously improve the customer experience REQUIREMENTS Strong background in
