THE ROLE As the Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in building and strengthening LemFi's finance function during a period of rapid global growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will help establish scalable accounting processes, improve financial controls, and ensure timely, accurate reporting across entities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced fintech environment, balancing strong technical accounting expertise with a practical, problem-solving mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to build a finance operation that is lean, reliable, and built to scale.
