Manufacturing (Quality) Engineer Warsaw, IN, US; Dayton, OH, US Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing (Quality) Engineer to join the Audio Video Division onsite in Warsaw, IN . Manufacturing (Quality) Engineer will plan, and direct activities associated with the development, application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, products, and external suppliers. This will include the development of control plans and supporting FMEAs, controlling a Material Review Board (MRB) process, and process conformance auditing required by ISO 9001:2015. This position is focused on internal process conformance and improvement. What Will You Do? Support continuous improvement activities that enhance internal quality systems and processes. Support Engineering and Operations departments to ensure transfer to production of new products is in accordance with approved data. Manage MRB function (material review board) and help build current practices for Control of Nonconforming Goods in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal documented procedures, while ensuring that cost of quality for scrap and rework is thoroughly captured so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken to drive associated costs down.
