Manufacturing Engineer II Reno, NV, US Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer II to join the Data Center Power and Control Division Team in Reno, NV. Under general direction of Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer II will plan, design, and optimize manufacturing processes. The Manufacturing Engineers are creative and analytical thinkers and designers of processes, tools, and procedures. This position will provide technical expertise to develop practical solutions for manufacture, testing, or improvement of company products and lead their implementation. The Manufacturing Engineer will ensure that all assigned duties are performed quickly, efficiently, and according to the established departmental and company policies, procedures, and goals. The Manufacturing Engineer, as with all members of the Legrand Team, is expected to promote a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercise confidentiality. What Will You Do? Coordinate and execute new product introduction initiatives throughout Operations both at the contract manufacturer and production environment. Create, update, and enhance manufacturing processes and documentation. Resolve Bill of Materials and routing errors in Company ERP system. Address daily production issues and work cross-functionally to recommend short- and long-term solutions. Execute manufacturing engineering assignments that involve advanced analysis. Perfo
