Data and Analytics Technical Lead West Hartford, UNAVAILABLE, US; Remote, UNAVAILABLE, US Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Data and Analytics Technical Lead to join the Data Center Power and Control Division Team. This is a remote position. The Data and Analytics Technical Lead will drive the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Sphere, Power BI reporting, and data integrations with Salesforce and SQL Server environments, strong data modeling skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions. This role will also lead the migration from legacy SAP BW to SAP Datasphere and drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft AI/Copilot capabilities within the analytics ecosystem. What Will You Do? Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead the design and development of SAP BW and Data Sphere data models, data flows, transformations, and queries. Architect and maintain BW data models (InfoProviders, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS views, etc.) . Ensure optimal performance of data loads and reporting by following SAP best practices. Guide integration between SAP BW and external systems such as Salesforce, SQL Server, Power BI , or other data lakes/warehouses.
