Parking Operations Specialist #5541 Washington, District of Columbia Summary The Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking a Parking Operations Specialist. Duties Verifies authorization of drivers and vehicles in parking areas under SAA jurisdiction; routinely checks parked vehicles to ensure security compliance with parking rules. Provides customer service to Congressional permit holders. Monitors and patrols parking areas to ensure vehicle security; Reports unusual/suspicious vehicles, persons, or activities to a Lead, Supervisor, and/or Capitol Police. Performs requested vehicle jump starts; AAA trained to unlock vehicles when keys are locked inside. Other duties as assigned. Education High school Diploma or GED.
