Job Description The position, which reports to the Functional Safety Supervisor, main objectives are: • Supervise and support technical topics for safety related for both running projects and RFI/RFQs (Request For Initiation/Quotation)(Mainly systems). • Ensure safety technical compliance and safety package for both running projects and RFI/RFQ. Perform RFQ Gate Review and cost estimation • Lead and manage Functional Safety team in EU and Rabat • Ensure lean safety release for production • Lead the adoption of safety culture at Lear from technical perspective • Provide functionalsafety consultancy services to other departments and projects Responsibilities • Running projects and RFI/RFQ support on safety technical solution, including review and consultancy • Perform Safety Assessment and ensure work products timely delivery • Direct contact with customer for technical affairs i
