To our greenfield seating manufacturing plant we are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to support plant start-up and lead daily operations in JIT/JIS environment. This role is responsible for building teams, implementing production processes, and ensuring operational excellence in safety, quality and delivery. Key Responsibilities Set-up, lead and manage daily production operations for seating manufacturing Drive SQCDP performance and achieve production, cost, and efficiency targets Own and improve key KPIs (OEE, scrap, downtime, productivity) Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives Support line balancing, capacity planning, and ramp-up activities Build, develop, and motivate production teams Implement SOPs and daily management routines in a greenfield environment Ensure strong safety, quality, and compliance performance Experience & Profile 7+ y
