NATURE OF WORK : Maintains equipment, fixturing and tooling for the plant, including forklifts, material handling equipment, air compressors, boilers, HVAC equipment and any outside contracts associated with the maintenance of this equipment and any other equipment at the Lear facility. This is the second level in the Maintenance Skill Progression. This position is distinguished from the Associate level by the performance of the difficult tasks and duties assigned and in assisting higher-level staff in performance the more complex and sophisticated tasks.
