Launch Leader Job Location (country) Spain Join Lear Corporation at our E-Systems plant in Valls, Spain , a key hub with 500 employees , producing advanced electrical systems that enhance vehicle performance, safety, and connectivity. About the Role As a Launch Leader , reporting to the Launch Engineering Manager , you will be the main technical interface between stakeholders, ensuring smooth product planning, design, and industrialization while optimizing process quality, capacity, and efficiency . Key Responsibilities • Align technical needs between Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering, and Customers . • Oversee project documentation and ensure deliverables are met. • Lead cross-functional engineering teams for pre-production orders . • Drive PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and quality procedures . • Ensure capacity studies, technical feasibility, and risk analysis . • Support process definition, investment planning, and equipment reuse . What We're Looking For • Degree in Industrial Engineering (Master's a plus). • Fluent English (German is an advantage). • Proactive leader with strong communication skills. • Experience in automotive manufacturing . • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing (SMT, automation, testing).
