The plant specializes in metal welding, epoxy painting processes, automated manufacturing, and assembly of seating components for major automotive customers. Responsibilities Define, implement, and improve manufacturing and industrialization processes. Support production, maintenance, quality, and new product launches. Optimize equipment performance, productivity, safety, and process reliability. Support PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and vision inspection processes. Troubleshoot manufacturing and process issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with customer and automotive quality standards. R
