Job Description Do nášho HR tímu hľadáme HR Specialistu, ktorý bude zodpovedný za personálnu administratívu, prípravu podkladov pre mzdy a koordináciu dodávateľov v oblasti HR služieb. Hľadáme spoľahlivého, precízneho, komunikatívneho a teamového kolegu, ktorý sa rád učí nové veci a rozvíja v oblasti HR. Náplň práce príprava podkladov pre spracovanie miezd kompletná personálna administratíva (pracovné zmluvy, dodatky, dokumenty) správa externých dodávateľov - stravovanie, Multisport karta a ďalšie HR služby každodenná komunikácia so zamestnancami v HR témach administratívna podpora HR procesov príprava a správa HR reportov, dátových prehľadov a základných analýz Požiadavky min. 2 roky skúseností na obdobnej HR pozícii skúsenosť z výrobnej spoločnosti výhodou znalosť pracovnoprávnej legislatívy anglický jazyk B1/B2 znalosť SAP výhodou skúsenosť s mzdovým a dochádzkovým systémom
