ASSISTANT QUALITY MANAGER AUBURN HILLS, MI As a member of the Quality team, the Assistant Quality Manager will assist plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the duties either personally or through subordinate staff members and monitors and maintains IATF 16949 systems in compliance to the latest standards. The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to: Manage and effectively response in a timely fashion on all customer written complaints in Global Quality Tracking System (SQTS) and Lear Quality Tracking System (LQTS) Ensure required report deadlines are completed before the 5th of the month Develop and Assist EPC guidelines
